Dr. Charlie here. As we wave goodbye to 2022 and look forward to the new year, many of us are making plans and resolutions for self improvement, myself included.
I’ve recently reread this VeryWell article on keeping my resolutions, and some of the useful tips include asking for support, writing out a detailed plan, and being realistic and specific. With that in mind, I’m asking for your support with my resolution to share more of my knowledge online. My professional goals are to create and share two blog posts per month, provide helpful content on social media a few times a week, and to expand Adventure Sports Medicine to help more of Denver’s adventure athletes achieve their goals. On a personal note, I’d like to get outside with Tiggy more often. What are your resolutions for 2023?
